Ms. Jiang obtained her Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Washington , Seattle, Washington, and her Juris Doctor from the Southwestern University School of Law , Los Angeles, California. Immigrated to the United States in 1989, Ms. Jiang has accomplished tremendously in many aspects of life. She has brought rich business and education experience into the practice of law.
